Filtering of project activities

Thanks to the latest project activities, you can take a look at news on projects.

Now you can filter in it. For example by type, user or project.

It is useful when you want to find out:

  • Which (sub)tasks have been completed,
  • for which (sub)tasks a deadline has been changed, 
  • what (sub)tasks have been newly created, 
  • which tasks have been moved, 
  • which user have been removed, 
  • which labels have been changed, 
  • which tasks have been deleted, 
  • and many more…

Activities on Dashboard

Find the section „Latest project activities“ on the bottom part of the dashboard. Click on section name „Latest project activities“ and there are All latest project activities. Here you can choose the type of activity, user or project and click on filter.

You can filter activities through Report section in top blue navigation > Activities.

Filtering of activities

In the section Activity, there are 3 kinds of filters. You can combine them and gain the view, you need.

By the type of activity

There are many types of activities in Freelo. So the filter is extensive and includes all kinds of activities – from tasks assigned to the public link.

By particular user

The user filter shows you the activities of the colleague(s). It can be useful for tracking the completed tasks and subtasks by the particular user to find out what is the user’s latest activity in Freelo.

By particular project

If you are interested in the latest activity only for one particular project, just choose the project in filters.

From the newest/oldest

The last filter is for sorting the activity by the date from the newest or the oldest.

Practical examples

Finished (sub)tasks by users

  • Activity type: Task finished, Subtask finished
  • Users: Karolína Petrželová, Kateřina Jozífová
