Paid plan vs Free account

Every registered user starts with 14 days Trial plan. Trial is unlimited and you can try all the features Freelo offers. How does it work after this period? What is the difference between paid account with one of our plans and account for free?

In Freelo you do not pay for each user as a company. For the whole team you need only one paid account (purchased plan) where you can invite as many users as you want.

The invited users have Free plan. Within their Free plan they can have 2 own projects and invite another 2 users for free.

User with paid account creates projects and invites colleagues, clients and all other people so they can cooperate.

Paid account usually handles team boss, coordinator, project manager or CEO.

How to manage team projects

In case you want to use Freelo across several teams in one company, register from general company’s e-mail address and purchase a plan there (for example info@freelo.io). Set the Project manager roles to all team leaders, so they can create projects and invite new users themselves. All projects and users will be under the paid account.

Project manager also becomes Admin of those projects, which enables him/her to see all the details as the projects owner = captain of the project. These roles are available in plans Team and Business.

Trial

  • Testing plan that runs since you register to Freelo on your own.
  • During this period you have all the available features Freelo has.
  • This period ends after 14 days and you will automatically get Free plan. In case you exceed the limit of Free plan (more than 2 projects or invited users), we would recommend to transfer your projects under a user with paid plan or archive the projects.

Free

  • You can use Free plan forever
  • The limit is 2 active projects and unlimited number of archived projects
  • Another limit is 2 invited users (they will have Free plan as well – you and two others)
  • 222 MB data space

Freelance

  • 22 € per month without VAT
  • 20 active projects and unlimited number of archived projects
  • Unlimited number of invited users, who have Free plan
  • 10 GB data space
  • API

Team

  • 42 € per month without VAT
  • 50 active projects and unlimited number of archived projects
  • Unlimited number of invited users, who have Free plan
  • 30 GB data space
  • Project manager and Admin of the project roles
  • API

Business

  • 122 € per month without VAT
  • Unlimited number of active projects and unlimited number of archived projects.
  • Unlimited number of invited users, who have Free plan
  • 100 GB data
  • Project manager and Admin of the project roles
  • API

Tips & Tricks

    1. Give the right to create new project to chosen people. Appoint them as Project managers.
    2. Appoint more Admins so the managing and delegation is not up to one person only.
    3. The captain (project owner) can be changed anytime when transferring a project.
