Task priorities

There are few ways how to prioritize tasks in Freelo. It is very simple and straightforward. The priority is symbolised by exclamation mark icon in different colors:

  • No priority (does not display)
  • Low priority (green)
  • Medium priority (orange)
  • High priority (red)

How to setup task priority

Go to project detail, To-Do list or task detail. On the left from task name is visible the icon of exclamation mark when you place the mouse over a task.

Click the icon and select one of the priority. The task priority is set immediately.

Click the Task Priority icon and set the priority.
Click the Task Priority icon and set the priority.

You can remove the priority just the same way > No priority.

Filter tasks with a priority

Regarding the priority you can also filter the tasks on Dashboard or To-Do list page on project detail.

Go to Dashboard and in the right menu find a filter Task priority. Click Filter tasks and get only the tasks with particular priority.

Labels of the tasks will also help you prioritize. Another way how to mark important tasks is add them to My priority list which is only your own view.
